The baby of the house just emptied out the box of (powder) corn starch on the carpet. I can’t Vacuum it because our vacuum broke down last week, & I cant clean it up!

you gona have to use a vacuum, if you dont have the money to buy one borrow one from your mom or something
use a broom,
put down a garbage bag and weigh down the edges
sweep with a quick motion, only sweeping a small area at a time onto the bag
