MY VACUUM IS BROKEN!!?

i own a dc15, and we’ve had it for less than a year. the brush is broken, it won’t spin. anyone having the same problems or have any helpful tips? i’ve tried to wiggle the wires inside the board, but it’s still not budging. thanks!

  1. Call Dyson directly, they are extremely helpful. Mine was three months out of warranty and they still fixed it for free. You have a five year warranty, if I remember correctly.

If you’ve owned it for less than a year you should take it and your receipt back to the place of purchase, or a recommended warranty servicer, (good luck finding one of those for Dyson), and have it repaired under warranty. I’m pretty sure they have a one year warranty at least. Otherwise, being as how there are about 5 different problems that are possible with that unit, it could run $50 to $150 to get it repaired by a local shop.
