I have had my shark navigator for about 8 months now. At first it worked great, and now all of a sudden it does not have any suction. We have tried cleaning every part that will open, but nothing seems to help. Anyone out there have a navigator, that could offer some tips or suggestions? The sound it makes changes significantly after about 30 seconds of cleaning.

I am not familiar with this particular vacuum, but if it has a beater bar check to make sure the bar is still turning. It sounds like the belt for the beater bar may be broken. They are easy to replace and you can usually buy them anywhere that sells vacuums.
