I can understand that most people just open up the box and use these cute little things because I did the same. Although I didn’t think it came out as easily as other people said, I can see how it can get lost when someone snaps it by accident. Upon close inspection on the instruction pictures, it appears that I should moisten the suction cup before using. I did, and it was almost impossible to come out. I tried to snap it, but it was just sliding around the glass. I tried to pull it, but it seemed like I probably would have broken it before it came off.
