Eureka Boss SMART VAC Upright Vacuum, Reconditioned, R4870P,
Great price. Looks like new. Tools included are crevice, dusting, and upholstery brush. Unlike the new version the power paw is not included, but from what I can tell from others the power paws break easily.
Initial review based on just receiving the vacuum, assembling it and using it to vacuum the entire house for the first time.
The construction seems to be of good quality. Mine arrived from UPS with the box all beat up but the vacuum was just fine.
It didn’t come with assembly instructions but there are only three screws that need to be screwed in to attach the handle.
Assembly instructions can be found at Eureka’s web site: (Eureka 4870 Series Quick Start Guide)

Has lots of suction. The brush switch seems to be a little tricky but I am sure I’ll get used to that.
It is a bit hefty but not too bad.
I have all hardwood floors and tile with area rugs. Once I figured out the correct height adjustment for my rugs it works fine without sucking up and moving the rugs while vacuuming. For bare floors it seems to do a good job.
As for the tools, the longer extension wand is much better than my old Kenmore and the vacuum doesn’t tip over all the time like that old Kenmore did when using the tools.

One of the Best,
I have asthma and the new kind of bagless vacuum cleaner ended up being the worst thing I could have bought. All the changing of filters and open container made my asthma much worse. I threw it out and went back to a bag cleaner. Bought both this one and the bag version of the canister vacuum. They are workhorses and have a lot of power. I highly recommend the upright and canister vacuums by Eureka Sanitaire.
