She could be Anal Retentive. It’s compulsive behavior to be clean.

I know this sounds a little strange but does she have a baby? I have two kids and when they were infants and I could not calm them down enough to sleep I would turn on the sweeper and it worked like a charm. About 10 minutes would calm her down and she would fall asleep soon after. Not sure how I discovered this but it worked every time. I lived in a house so I had no neighbors to worry about.
I vacuum every day b/c I have a kitten that sheds. But 5 times sounds OCD to me. And it might not be the vacuum that you hear. Maybe she’s running another appliance that’s noisy. If you’re suspicious about it, start keeping a keen eye on the activity of her apartment– do people come & go at weird hours? do you ever hear violence or domestic disputes? do you see them buying a lot of allergy meds, Drain-O or other products that could be used to make drugs? If it’s suspicious, call the cops.
She doesn t like you. I sympathize with you because the same thing keeps happening to me, only twice a day though but starting off at 7AM :((((((((((
You could just ask her why she vacuums so much.

No, See probably just likes a clean space.
But, see could be using it for other reasons like self pleasure but, it is not anything to worry about.
She may have a problem with OCD (obsessive compulstive disorder).
