This is a very fine floor brush. I coupled it with a Shop-Vac brand metal wand, and it works wonderfully for the hardwood and vinyl flooring in our home. The brush has rollers that it rides on so that the bristles don’t get crushed, a feature that I wasn’t sure about at first, but now love. I would not hesitate to order another, should a need arise.

I use this with my dyson vacuum to clean my hardwood floors, and have been quite pleased with it’s performance. Sure, it doesn’t swivel very well on it’s own…but it was $10. It has shorter sections of bristles intermittently spaced around the brush, so it doesn’t just push debris around. It works perfectly with my vacuum, and i would definitely recommend it (especially if you’re a tightwad like me and don’t want to spend $60 on a vacuum brush!)

I have old dark hardwood floors that never looked clean by sweeping them with a broom or using a dusting mop. This floor brush works beautifully. The brushes pick up all the fine dust left on the floor by the previous methods and the floor is left very clean. You have to vacuum off the lint and dust that collects on the brushes frequently but that just means it is doing a great job.
