I have a vacuum for my 10 gallon tank but it just barely doesn’t fit, maybe some tips?

yes you would have to go to a pet supply store such as petco or petsmart and head on over to the fish section and supplies search for a small gravel vac. They usually cost around $5. Just ask the employees there to help but you can ask the fish dept. associate better yet they will def. know what one you need. Yeah the ten gallon one is to large. You will find when you buy the small one its going to be much easier to use. Its long and skinny and the hose is not so thick. I had the same problem but quickly did what youre doing and thats finding the right gravel vac. for my five gallon tank. I tried to use the 10 gallon one on the five and it just was to big. The vac. was bigger than the tank itself.
The have smaller siphons in Pet Smart or Petco. All you have to do is ask.
