My Mighty Mite Hose melted when it was laying too close to the baseboard electric heat. The original hose was or poor quality and lint, paper pieces, dust balls, hair, etc. stuck to it when I vacuumed. This replacement hose is of much better quality than the original.

My son decided to vacuum hot ashes from inside our fireplace. Consequently, our Might Mite’s hose melted. I love my little vacuum and needed a quick replacement. Our local cleaning store wanted my vacuum for a few weeks in order to “fix” it. I looked up on-line to purchase parts or even a new vacuum. This hose from Amazon was the best deal and so I purchased it. All parts are from original manufacturer and fit appropriately. It was cheaper than a new vacuum and I am happy.
