Battery arrived quickly after purchase. Charged it up then put it in the DC16 and — voila! — just like new. Handheld vacuum sucked up everything on two floors of stairs without interruption. Battery is pricy, just as the vacuum is, but it’s worth it.

Even though the price is quite high; there’s really no choice if you need a new Dyson battery and this is a generic battery! I have no complaints yet on the performance – it’s working fine. As always, Amazon’s delivery and service were excellent.
