    We received the sweeper by USPS in record time. Per the instructions, we charged the unit for 16 hours before use. On my first use, I was very impressed. We have four dogs and mountains of dog hair each day. Our regular vaccum scares our dogs and we have a battle each time we sweep. This sweeper is fairly quiet. Its double brushes really do pick up. I was impressed with the amount of dirt and hair it collected. In my 15 minute session, I had to empty the resivor twice because it was complety full. The pick up is great. We have hardwood floors with area rugs. The regular vacuum is a nightmare often sucking up area rugs instead of cleaning them. This sweeper instead brushes them clean without sucking them up. It gets the rugs very clean. The sweeper itself is very easy to maneuver and goes under things easily. It picks up almost everything and has a window for you to see it pick up. The charge seems to hold well, as I never lost power. The manual suggests that you charge it when the battery is dead and not constantly charge it. We really love this sweeper.

    I could not wait to open this box and test out my new cordless sweeper but it required a 16 hour charge so my excitement had to wait until the following day. The charger comes included along with the upper and lower portion of the sweeper but you have to put the handle into the base because it is shipped with the parts seperated to make for a nice fit in the shipping box. We have a golden retriever/husky mix and he sheds a lotttt… we have hair tumbleweeds rolling around like its the wild west. We could easily sweep 5x a day and it would not take care of the excessive hair. We used to get our vacuum out and clean the floors daily but it was such a pain because it did not reach the entire house, the plugs are horrible in this house and the cord constantly falls out and it does not pick up the hair as well as the monster. This sweeper is named spot on because it is a monster! It eats up the hair and dirt with very little effort and turns so easily. I love that it only takes a second to press the release button to dump out the debri that was picked up. You can always take out the brushes by using the twist knobs on each side. There is a lock and unlock position; you can turn the knob and remove the brush and any hair that may be stuck in it on each side. I have used this sweeper 3x’s and have not had to charge it once. I have noticed it struggles a bit on our rug but it is a plush area rug. Otherwise a wonderful, easy to use sweeper. Oh yeah almost forgot there is a lower (normal) and high (boost) setting. This sweeper is without a doubt worth the price compared to a standard broom or using a plug in vacuum. I received this item for free in exchange for my unbiased and honest review.
