Does anyone own a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner?

I am thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner. Does anyone own a Dyson? If so, which model? Are they any good?

THE WORST CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED! I once whent to sears to see if all this talk about them were true. I truned it on, it would not even pick up small papers that a sweeper could pick up! HORRID AT PET HAIR!

I own a Dyson too!! Love it! Also own the hand held root 6 it is great for quick pick ups!

I happen to own 2 of them. I have the one that’s called the animal. It is used for animal hair and odors.It actually has 2 motors.I also own the dc14 lowreach, which we use on our concrete floor areas. Both of them are a bit pricy but well worth the money. It is my opinion that there is none better on the market. Once you use one you will not want another. My wife is as picky about clean as anyone, we vacumed our floor with our old one first and we thought we were very thorough. We then used the dyson and wow! were we appalled at how much dirt came out of the carpet. My wife was shocked. They are easy to empty and clean too. Good luck.

Yes. They’re very good. A lot cleaner than other systems and seem to work better. Easier/cleaner to dump too.

I bought one, the yellow one called the ball i believe. i returned it. I didn’t like how heavy it waqs, it didn’t transition from hard floor to my area rug without lifting it up, and it was a pain to get the wand in and out to use the hand held suction part to get into corners and small spaces. I got a canister vacuum by Simplicity. it was the same price too. if you do get one go to Bed BAth and Beyond. they asways have a coupon for 20% off you will save 100.00.
