When using my Dyson cleaner (upright model) on the carpet it blows dust and small bits of paper away from just in front of it. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? If it is someting simple, I’ll fix it myself or send it to the repair shop otherwise I’m going to buy a new one.

I have a Dyson…on my second one being during a move my first one was stolen…So with an experience of 5 yrs owning one…I have never had that happen…I love my Dyson!
Your Dyson is clogged. We see this every day where I work. (we repair hoover, dyson, kenmore, ect) Check the hose comming out of the power head and the "U-Bend", the clog is usually there!
