The engine is in a Simplicity Landlord riding lawnmower. Total hours is 282. Well maintained. Both Spark plugs were fouled I cleaned and put back. The Engine Oil is dirtier now than when I started today. I cleaned the air filter and pre clean filter. Still the engine runs rough and is emitting black smoke. All suggestions are appreciated.
