Try leaving it out, and let her get used to it.
use positive re-inforcement when she is next to it. Don’t force it upon her. Let her approach it on her own free will.

You know, some battles just can’t be won. I had a dog that used to be like this thanks to my sister terrorizing her of the vacuum.
I just resorted to putting my dog outside while I vacuum. Easier on the both of us.
If you’re insistent on it, try putting treats on the vacuum while it’s off and let her find them.
Forcing her close to it isn’t helping at all.
My puppy loves the vacuum because she associates it with good things. For instance, the first time I had to run it, I brought it out into the living room and got the bag of little training treats that she loves. I put treats all around it and on the parts of it that she could reach. She was fine with that. Then I turned it on low and added more treats. She was fine with that too. So I turned it on high and added a few more. And now, when I go to vacuum and she hears it, she comes running and checks it over for treats.
