Ok so I left the room for like 1 minute and i came back and my 3 year old (3 year old today :3) little brother spilled paint on my carpet. It’s artist ink paint and it says water resistant. the carpets attached to the floor (in other words, its not a rug) so i can’t just pick it up and clean it. Also, I would very appreciate it if you have any good carpet cleaning tips, cause my carpet it getting a bit dirty (and I have tried vacuuming) Please don’t make any of this stuff where you have to buy a certain thing i’m only 11 and i really want it out today, don’t make it to hard :3. I told my dad and he just said ok google it, but i’m doing this right now. So… Any Ideas?

if its water based you can just scrub it with a wet sponge till its out. but it sounds oil based. the only way to get that out would be with acetone or mineral spirits but that will probably destroy the rug too. good luck
