  1. Saltwater pools are easy as, have you water tested every 3-4 weeks. You really only need to add stabilizer & salt 1-2 times a year and adjust the alkalinity & ph depending on if people have been swimming or what the weather has been like. (Rain will result in a higher PH).

    If you have solar heating make sure in the winter time your chlorine level doesnt sky rocket or otherwise it will eat the insides of the solar matting (this is called tea-leafing) and your solar will leak. This is not covered under any warranty as it is the customers fault.

    As for your cleaner, adjust the speed control valve attached to the cleaners hose in the skimmer box. Move it so the cleaner is moving but the hose isnt shaking in the water.

    Also check your hoses for memory. This is when the hoses wont lie straight anymore, they are bendy like a banana. A good way to fix memory is to detach all your hose pieces and lay them straight in the sun for a day or two. It will mould the hoses back to normal and you’ll find your hoses wont bend so much.
