We have a heavy flea infestation. I mean super heavy. We just fogged the place with Hartz home fogger and we frontlined our 5 cats and we have vacuumed every day and mopped and powdered and sprayed and scrubbed. We seem to be making some headway, but I’m not sure. We only have carpet in 2 of the rooms in our trailer, but neither us nor the cats go in there at all. We went in there this past Thursday (05/21) for the first time in a couple of months to set off the foggers. In 13 days when we can bomb again we are going to get professional chemicals-a friend of ours works for a pest control place and he’s going to do it-and bomb it again. We comb our cats every day also. We would really love to get them out of the house so they won’t have to deal with the fleas as bad, but we don’t have the money for a Purrfect Fence enclosure, which is what we really wanted to put them in. Can anyone give me advice or sites to go to so we can find a simple, affordable but completely secure enclosure to build for them. We are also going to have the yard sprayed in 13 days. Thanks!
well so far you are doing the right thing… continue vacuuming and cleaning… BUT!!! you need to get a professinal exterminator to come and get the job done… there is no way store bought things will do the job.
