    I live in northern MN. We already have snow. These are real leather suede as listed. The front foot area is somewhat larger than other boots I have purchased, but this works for me. I tested these and they are waterproof as advertised. They come fast even though they say they take longer to ship. Another set of laces is included and a light weight bag with “Rock Me” printed on the outside. The fur lining is warm enough that I don’t have to wear another pair of warmer socks and it has already been below zero here. The sole is slip proof except with water on linoleum; I had to be careful in that instance. Outside I haven’t slipped walking DOWN our snow covered driveway. I was impressed with these boots, and so have ordered two pair: one black, one brown. I don’t often rate anything 5 stars, but in this case I think they deserve the rating! There are so many boots that are fake suede, don’t have linings, etc. that cost much more.
