Last summer it worked fine the tank would fill almost everyday. I cleaned both filters and the hoses are exhausted outside and it is not collecting any water.

Check to see if the hose that fills the tank has come loose from the pan underneath the condenser. It is a bit of a long shot, because I would expect you to have water all over the place if it came loose, but sometimes not.
The other possibility is that the hose is blocked with something, maybe even ice. Depending upon the power of the unit, it could be freezing the condensed water before it can drain into the tank.
