I purchased a Bissell bagless vacuum cleaner and my experience was good just for the first couple of times…Right now, when I use it, I can suck dust using the suction pipe directly (like on the couch or corners), but get absolutely nothing from the floor…i tried removing all the hair that was stuck to the brushes a few times but that did not help much….I am confused and don’t know if the vacuum is bad or if there something very basic that I missed!! Any pointers or helpful tips?

The hose that goes from the beater area to the bag is clogged. Remove the beater and use a pair of needle nose plyers to remove the clog. It may take several clumps to get it all, but there is the problem!
I would unplug it first.Then take the roller brush off and see if anything is stuck,where it sucks it from the floor.
If it’s still under warranty, can you take it back?
