Hi,
I love my dogs and they are very spoiled. My whole house is filled with beds and toys for them.Of course they are inside and part of the family. The problem is I want to maintain a very clean house and it is hard with dogs.Any tips for me?I clean-vacuum,dust,and all that alot.I also brush my dogs and give them bathes. To me and everyone else my house is extrememly clean but my husband is the opposite. When we got married he loved dogs. Then when he lost his dog he became way more picky. If he sees one dog hair or anything he is upset.I also rescue dogs/foster and sometimes they mark their teritory(not yet neutered),or pee in the house(puppies or older dogs used to using pee pads).Very rarely does that happen before I have them outside but most my house is capet. Is their anything that really takes the smell out?How do you all maintain your house and yet have dogs?Any tips or advice is much appreciated.Thanks.

We have been recently having that problem, we did have three dogs and cats, but now one cat died, two dogs died recently, so now we only have dog and two cats, used to be five actually…anyways,
the way we have been doing it is yes of course the obvious answer vaccum at least once a day, with all the pets you have, maybe twice. You can every once in awhile shampoo your carpets, you can every once in awhile sprinkle the, there’s this odor powder and you sprinkle it on your carpets and then vaccum away, or you can let it dry.
There’s also
Bissell carpet and upholstery cleaner
vaccum away, safely cleans, deodorizes and repels stains
no scrubbing, dries in minutes.
I think it would be ok to by another brand name, but that’s what we’re using. It works, then again we also put our dogs outside and there less hair, it was amazing but I didn’t want to use that suggestion with you considering you spoil your pets and they’re indoors and with the family.
It’s always nice to spoil your pets.
I hope this helped, good luck!!!
I’ve tried every trick I can think of for my carpets-enzyme cleaners, vinegar..everything. And I can still smell it. However, no one else can. It’s almost like I KNOW it’s there so I imagine it.
I do like to use a carpet odor remover when I vacuum. I use Glade Carpet and Room for pet odors, leave it for a few minutes and vacuum it up with everything else. I also have an oil burner and find that it works better than candles because you only have to burn it for about 10 minutes.
