They also have 3 Ply Construction and are 40% larger than all the standard paper bags.
These bags may appear larger than standard paper bags (aprox 14″ wide x 15″ long) as it is made completely flat with no pleats. However once the bag is mounted on the intake port (inside the dust chamber), simply tuck all the edges of the bag inside to allow the door or hatch to seal completely shut. The bag will then expand to the size of the dust chamber when the vacuum is switched on allowing it to hold more debris than a standard pleated filter bag

I had a problem with paper bags bursting inside the canister of my vac. I think they would occasionally rip as soon as they first “inflated” when the vacuum cleaner was turned on after changing to a new bag. These bags are advertised as cloth, so I thought they’d be more resilient, and the price was right. The durability exceeded my expectations! These things are TOUGH! I don’t think it’s possible for these bags to rip open, even if I were to suck up broken glass, razor blades, steak knives, samurai swords, or live Tasmanian devils. They seem to be built too good to be disposable, and I feel bad about throwing them away when they’re full. If they had a zipper on them, they could be reusable. They appear to be similar to the material that a reusable shopping bag is made from. Suction is good, even after quite a bit of use as the kids track in springtime mud and dirt. I intend on over-filling these just to see how they stand up to punishment, and to see how they retain dirt/dust. It’s hard to judge if they’re allergenic or not, as no one in our family is super sensitive to dust, and our vacuum has two more filters after the bag, one of them being a HEPA filter. All I can judge it by is that the HEPA filter hasn’t clogged since I started using these bags. I’ll be sure to update my rating/review once we’ve gone through the first package of these bags.

Works perfectly and fits better than most bags. I use them in both of my vacuums. My housekeeper says they are the best.
