They should make bag vacuums with a transparent bag! This way, you can have the best of both worlds: You can make sure the suction is working properly like in baggless ones, yet you can still filter the air and keep the dust out of the room like with bags. Someone in the vacuum world needs to invent/sell see-through bags!!!
One thing to keep in mind is that bagged vacuums filter the air much better than bagless – with some rare exceptions.
air watts means nothing amps mean nothing, airflow is the main feature you want in a vacuum. See your local vacuum dealer the ywill show you the difference

Suction is measured in air wattts, so when buying a vacuum cleaner you need to check what the air watts rating is. A typical bagged cylinder will have 350 air watts
whilst a bagged upright will have about 200 air watts.
