I am looking for a good quality vacuum cleaner, but isn’t tons of money. I know that Meile is the very best but they are any where from 0 to over 00. I understand it’s worth it to drop the money for the long run, but I don’t have that kind of budget. What is the best LOW PRICE vacuum cleaner (not upright)?
