Then I tried it with the “engine running” and it was like night and day. It ran and sucked much stronger. With the engine running it’s keeping the voltage up which will make it stronger and easier on the motor. Low voltage on electric motors will cause them to draw more amps and can burn the motor up. Has a long cord and like the pouch to keep everything in. I recommend it!

I searched AMZ for the best portable 12v car vacuum I could find, regardless of price, and I believe I found it with this unit. It is small, lightweight, yet feels very well made. I love that it comes in a perfectly fitted bag that is large enough to easily tuck all the cables and tubes into. Just look at the shape of the bag….it opens on it’s side. Place all your stuff in first, then the vacuum. Everything fits with ease and zips up with zero stress on the zipper..
It has plenty of power. In fact, it picks up my car mats, I have to hold them down with one hand while I clean them. I actually have to tilt this vacuum a little to get the right angle so it sucks up the dirt and not the mats. But that’s a good thing. I wanted a powerful yet small car vacuum & that’s exactly what I got. I eventually need to figure out which replacement filters to buy, but the one in it will last a very long while. I dump out the contents of the receptacle after every use.
No disclaimer. I bought this with my own cash for no discount. I researched, read reviews, then paid for the product and now I am telling you if I like it or not. I do. It’s awesome. Get you one.
