    I purchased one of these hoses to replace one that had worn out with age on an older model Shop-Vac. I am very pleased with this hose and would recommend it to everyone. I like it even better than the old original Shop-Vac hose because its longer and makes it easer to use when cleaning out the inside of a car or truck.

    I bought this to use as an extension to double the length of my Shop Vac’s hose. The problem is that it doesn’t connect to the existing hose. You either connect them with duct tape (or the like) or buy a connector/coupling (this: Shop-Vac 9068600 2.5-Inch Hose Coupling ).
