They’re supposed to be the best and very well made, so I’d expect at least a few years. I don’t own one, I have a Bissell that I hate, but a Dyson is on my wish list.
we’ve had ours for years
If you keep it in good trim, ie empty it, clean it, don’t let it stay wet, keep it somewhere cool. All the common sense stuff. It should last you up to 10 years.
